Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods, but we strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Order Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time for Express shipping is 7-18 business days after the order has been processed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or carrier issues—any delivery dates provided by Golden Amulets.

Order handling time: 1-3 Days ( Monday – Friday )

Order transit time: 7-14 Days ( Monday – Friday )

Order Cut off Time: 5.00 PM (UTC/GMT 00:00 hours) London UK.

Shipping Cost: Free shipping for orders higher than 99.99$, variable for lower costs orders.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on our website’s tracking page or through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery. Additionally, some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. If you have any questions about shipping restrictions, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your item is damaged, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We do not offer refunds for damages due to delivery, so it is important to send us photos of the envelope/box that doesn’t look damaged from transit. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible. We will collaborate with the shipping carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

The guaranteed delivery time is 65 days. If orders are not received after this time, we will process the refunds automatically.
