Frequently asked questions

I can’t find what I’m looking for?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. Additionally, you can browse the category your amulet fits in, page by page.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so itโ€™s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. For more details on how shipping costs are calculated, please contact us directly.

My payment doesn’t go through. What to do?

If paying by card or PayPal doesn’t work, simply choose Other Payments and complete the order. After that, you will be able to pay in crypto (yes, we accept any digital coin), by using a different card processor or by bank wire transfer.

Why are there amulets in the wrong categories?

It might look like that for some jewels, but that’s only because one amulet could fit in other categories as well. For example, jade is usually worn for health purposes, but a jade butterfly is considered to be a symbol of everlasting love. Therefore you might find jade butterfly amulets in the health category, not only in the love category.

What to do if I haven’t received my amulets?

If more than the guaranteed delivery time passed (see shipping) and the product did not arrive yet, a refund will be issued automatically. However, it must be noted that this never happened before; the longest waiting time was 41 days and this was because of the delivery company misplacing the parcel. Most orders arrive before a month from ordering, with the fastest deliveries being around two weeks.

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
