These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GoldenAmulets.com (the “Website”), including all content, features, services and products made available through it.

Throughout these Terms, “Golden Amulets”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Website. “You” and “your” refer to each visitor, customer or other user of the Website.

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Website.

1. Website Use

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and only if you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Where you act for a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website and any product you purchase are lawful in the country or territory in which you are located. The availability of a product on the Website does not represent confirmation that it may lawfully be purchased, imported, possessed or used in every jurisdiction.

You must not:

• interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server or database;
• introduce malware, harmful code or automated attacks;
• scrape, reproduce or systematically extract Website content;

2. Product Information

We take reasonable care when presenting product titles, descriptions, images, measurements, prices and other information. However, information displayed on the Website may contain typographical errors, translation inaccuracies, technical omissions or information supplied by third-party manufacturers, marketplaces, distributors or fulfilment partners.

Product images are illustrative. Colours, finishes, textures, markings, proportions and other visual details may vary because of lighting, photography, image processing, display settings, manufacturing tolerances or changes made by a manufacturer.

Measurements, weights, dimensions and capacities are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Packaging and minor product details may differ from those shown without materially changing the nature or intended use of the product.

Natural stones, minerals, metals, wood, handcrafted components and traditionally produced items may contain variations, inclusions, markings, irregularities or minor imperfections. These characteristics may be inherent to the material or method of manufacture and are not necessarily defects.

Descriptions, translations and other Website content may be created or assisted by automated systems or artificial intelligence. Such content is provided for general product identification and presentation and must not be treated as professional, technical, medical, religious or other specialist advice.

We may correct product information or remove, replace or modify any listing at any time. Where a material error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and issue any refund that is due.

3. Spiritual and Symbolic Products

References to luck, protection, prosperity, healing, energy, spirituality, religion, astrology, meditation or similar concepts describe traditional, cultural, historical or symbolic associations only.

Golden Amulets does not promise or guarantee supernatural, medical, psychological, financial, legal, spiritual or other specific outcomes from the ownership or use of any product. Products must not be used as substitutes for qualified professional advice, diagnosis, treatment or assistance.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your personal beliefs, circumstances, intended use and local cultural or religious requirements.

4. Prices and Availability

Prices and product availability may change at any time before an order is accepted. A product appearing on the Website is not a guarantee that it is currently available from us or from the relevant supplier.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local handling charges or other amounts imposed by authorities or service providers in the destination country.

Currency conversions displayed on the Website are approximate and may differ from the amount charged by your bank, card issuer, payment provider or currency exchange service. You are responsible for any foreign-exchange fees or payment provider charges applied to your transaction.

We may correct obvious pricing, currency, tax, shipping or listing errors. We are not required to supply an item at an incorrect price where the error was obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products. An automated acknowledgement, payment authorisation or receipt of funds does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

An order is accepted only when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or when fulfilment of the order begins, whichever occurs first. Separate items within the same order may be accepted and fulfilled independently.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• unavailability or discontinuation of a product;
• an incorrect price, description, currency or shipping charge;
• suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorised payment or payment risk;
• incomplete, inconsistent or unverifiable customer information;
• supplier, fulfilment, export, import or delivery restrictions;
• unusually large quantities or suspected commercial resale;
• technical, inventory or processing errors; or
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after receiving cleared payment, we will return the amount paid for the cancelled item using the original payment method where reasonably possible. A refund of that amount will be our responsibility for the cancelled item, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

You must verify your order details before submission. You must provide a complete and accurate name, delivery address, email address and any other information reasonably required to process the transaction.

Requests to change or cancel an order are not guaranteed after submission. Once processing or fulfilment has begun, changes may be impossible or may require the order to be handled under the Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Payment and Fraud Prevention

You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the total displayed at checkout using your selected payment method. Payment may be subject to authorisation, identity verification, security checks and the terms of the relevant payment provider.

We may delay, refuse or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified or where fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected. We may request further information to verify the customer, payment method, billing information or delivery address.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied. You must not knowingly initiate an unjustified chargeback, reversal or payment dispute. Nothing in this clause prevents you from exercising a legitimate right available under applicable law or the rules of your payment provider.

Refund processing times depend partly on banks and payment providers and may continue after we have authorised a refund.

7. Fulfilment, Shipping and Delivery

Products may be held, processed or dispatched by Golden Amulets or by third-party manufacturers, distributors, warehouses or fulfilment partners. An order containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels, from different locations and on different dates.

Shipping is free for orders with a total purchase value exceeding US$200, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges for orders of US$200 or less will be displayed before the order is completed.

Products usually arrive within approximately 15 days after dispatch. However, delivery may take up to a maximum of 45 days, depending on the destination, product availability, customs procedures, carrier operations and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only unless we expressly agree in writing to a guaranteed delivery date. Estimates may be affected by order processing, stock availability, customs procedures, carrier operations, destination restrictions, weather, public holidays, security checks and events beyond our reasonable control.

Where tracking is available, the tracking number and relevant tracking information will be emailed to the customer as soon as they become available. Tracking information may take additional time to become active in the carrier's system.

If more than 50 days have passed since an order was dispatched and it has not been delivered, you may contact us to start a refund claim. We may ask you to provide relevant order information and cooperate with any carrier, supplier or fulfilment-partner investigation before the claim is resolved.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable address. We are not responsible for loss, delay or additional cost caused by an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address supplied by you, refusal of delivery, failure to collect a parcel or failure to respond to a carrier or customs authority.

Where a parcel is returned because of circumstances attributable to the customer, we may deduct reasonable shipping, return, storage, customs and handling costs from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.

Risk in a product passes at the time determined by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers to a consumer a risk that applicable law requires the seller to retain.

You must inspect the parcel within a reasonable time after delivery and notify us promptly of visible damage, missing items, incorrect products or other apparent problems. Prompt notice helps us investigate with the supplier and carrier, but does not remove any non-excludable legal rights.

8. Customs, Importation and Local Compliance

International orders may be examined, delayed, assessed or refused by customs or other authorities. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, you are the importer or recipient of the shipment and are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance costs, brokerage charges and other destination fees.

You are responsible for checking local import restrictions before ordering. Golden Amulets does not guarantee that every product can be imported into, delivered within or lawfully used in every country.

If a shipment is refused, confiscated, destroyed, abandoned or returned because of local restrictions, unpaid charges, missing customer documentation or the customer’s failure to cooperate with authorities, any refund may be reduced by amounts we cannot recover and by reasonable costs incurred, where permitted by applicable law.

9. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. That policy may contain procedures, time limits, return-address requirements and product-specific exclusions.

You must not return a product without following the stated return procedure. Products sent to an unauthorised address, returned without sufficient identification or sent cash-on-delivery may be refused or may experience significant processing delays.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, returned products must be unused, unworn, unaltered and complete, with all parts, accessories and original packaging. You may be responsible for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the nature and characteristics of the product.

Certain products may be excluded from discretionary return rights, including personalised, custom-made, hygiene-sensitive, sealed or perishable products, where such exclusions are lawful and were communicated before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms or any related policy limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived, including any applicable rights relating to faulty, unsafe or materially misdescribed goods.

10. Intellectual Property

The Website and its design, branding, text, graphics, photographs, databases, software, product arrangements and other original material are owned by or licensed to Golden Amulets and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, licence, translate, modify, scrape or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, images and product information remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not necessarily imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may use or link to services operated by payment processors, delivery companies, marketplaces, analytics providers, social platforms and other third parties. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.

We do not control independent third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy or content. Accessing an external website is at your discretion.

Nothing in this section removes any responsibility Golden Amulets has for its own obligations under an accepted order.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that access will be continuous, secure, timely or error-free.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including network failures, cyber incidents, carrier interruptions, customs action, industrial disputes, natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, epidemics, government action or supplier disruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Amulets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data or loss arising from reliance on spiritual, symbolic, translated or automatically generated content.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from a particular order shall not exceed the amount paid to Golden Amulets for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any death, personal injury, consumer remedy or other matter that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Products must be used responsibly and in accordance with any instructions, warnings and ordinary safety precautions. You are responsible for keeping small jewellery parts, cords, chains, stones and packaging away from children and vulnerable persons where they may create choking, strangulation or other hazards.

13. Indemnity for Misuse

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to compensate Golden Amulets for reasonable losses, liabilities and expenses resulting from your fraudulent or unlawful use of the Website, deliberate infringement of our intellectual property, unauthorised interference with our systems or material breach of these Terms.

This section does not require a consumer to compensate Golden Amulets for matters caused by Golden Amulets or for liabilities that cannot lawfully be transferred to the consumer.

14. Changes and Availability

We may update the Website, product range, policies and these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms apply from the date they are published and do not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or expressly agreed by both parties.

We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Website without notice. Where possible, an accepted and paid order will continue to be processed or will be refunded if it cannot be completed.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Golden Amulets, without depriving a consumer of any mandatory protection provided by the laws of the country in which that consumer habitually resides.

Before beginning formal proceedings, you and Golden Amulets should make a reasonable attempt to resolve the matter directly. Customers may contact us using the contact information displayed on the Website.

Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring proceedings elsewhere, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over Golden Amulets.

16. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or reduced to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

A failure or delay by Golden Amulets in enforcing a right does not waive that right. A waiver is effective only when expressly given in writing.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under an order without our written consent. We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a reorganisation, sale, transfer of business or appointment of a service provider, provided this does not reduce mandatory customer rights.

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated into them and the information confirmed during checkout, constitute the agreement relating to your use of the Website and any accepted order.

If translated versions of these Terms are provided, they are supplied for convenience. To the extent permitted by law, the English-language version shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
