We are pleased to offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Every order is handled with care to ensure your amulets arrive safely, whether they are shipping from our warehouse in China (via ePacket or EMS) or our US facility (via USPS).
Estimated Delivery Times
Please note: The timeframes below are estimates, not guarantees. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, international shipping can occasionally face delays due to customs, seasonal demand, or local carrier issues. We appreciate your patience should your order take slightly longer than expected.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking status to update on the carrier's system. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
Customs & Import Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival in their country. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that packages may be subject to these charges.
Multiple Packages
To ensure your items reach you as quickly as possible, we may occasionally ship items from the same order in separate packages.
Returns & Refunds
Order Cancellations
We can only process cancellations within 12 hours of the order being placed. Once an order has entered the packing or shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled.
Our Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- Your order has not arrived within the 45-day delivery window (excluding the 2-5 day processing time).
- You receive the wrong item.
- You wish to return an item you no longer want (must be in unused condition; return shipping is at the buyer's expense).
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds if:
- The delivery delay or failure is caused by an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- The package is delayed due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or customs clearance issues.
To request a refund, please contact us within 15 days after the 45-day delivery window has expired. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
Exchanges
If you need an exchange, please contact us first for authorization and instructions. Please do not send any items back to our facilities without prior approval.
Thank you for the gift. They are nice, but very small.
They sent red beads instead of black ones. Please be careful. The beads are beautiful but not suitable in color.
